Viking flat bench is an absolute Beast! Heavy duty is an understatement. The construction is 11 gauge steel tube with 8mm thick welded and bolted plates with oversized grade 8 bolts.
The pad is 48″ by 12.5” wide by 3.25″ thick. The overall footprint is 52×20.5×17.5″ tall. It uses a high quality foam and vinyl and weighs in at whopping 100 pounds, making it a true heavy weight flat bench. This bench was designed with the heavyweight lifter in mind.
