The Alpha series Olympic bench is adjustable from flat to 90 degrees with seven adjustment options. The small pad 0 to 30 degrees with four options. We used a top quality closed cell polyurethane injection molded 12″ wide pad with a heavy weight durable vinyl that’s double stitched. Red and silver stitching options are available. Its comfortable yet gives support under any load. It has solid metal trays under both pads with 11 gauge construction give this bench stability under extreme loads.
